i do all research and translating myself
sometimes it takes time because i have assignments or i'm too tired
sometimes i am knee-deep in research to provide translations as accurate as possible and explanations as detailed as possible
sometimes i need to wait for my trusty qc to give her opinion

process

change the time on my phone/laptop (so that the timestamp shown always reflects the time it was for the boys when posting)
> take screencaps (and transfer them to my laptop)
> edit screencaps (fit everything in one image, move comments to be oldest to newest, delete edits by ops when not needed)
> translate (including all necessary research)
> watermark and check (and sometimes get checked)
> tweet

why you can trust me

i take pride in my work and i take it seriously
i have topik level 6 in korean and formal translator training
i do my research and check if i'm not sure

(and why you sometimes shouldn’t)

i'm just one person and i don't know everything
sometimes i make mistakes or typos or miss references

how do i choose what to translate

i don't translate everything on weverse (because i don't have the time)
i choose posts where the auto translate fails badly, posts with extralinguistic aspects that need explaining, posts that i just find funny or cute or otherwise want to have on my account
